Kadima’s After School Enrichment Program complements the school day by giving children the opportunity to participate in extra-curricular activities while they explore and build on individual interests and skills. Students can relax and unwind, play sports and games, and socialize with peers. The following is a sampling of programs that may be offered (please note that these may differ from semester-to-semester):

Ball Sports – Children have fun while learning the fundamentals of various ball sports.

Paper Mache – Students will learn paper mache techniques to create and design unique and colorful art sculptures.

Open Swim – This is an opportunity for a fun and relaxing afternoon in Kadima’s pool. Students will be supervised by a certified lifeguard while they laugh, splash and play.

Chess Nuts – During each class, students will receive ample playing time as they learn the game of Chess and build important skills such as logic, pattern recognition, problem solving and patience.

Animate Anything – Using stop motion animation, students will direct a project and receive a final professionally edited DVD.

Cool Crafts – Each craft will teach something new – whether its an organizational skill or a basic sewing stitch. Many projects will become permanent activities – such as making a board game.

Cooking – Ready, set, cook! Have fun in the kitchen while learning to cook!
